Warranty and returns information
Before sending your computer to Prenew under warranty, please contact our customer service and describe your situation. Our team will give you instructions on how to proceed.
The warranty covers technical defects, but not physical damage or problems caused by them.
Defects that occur due to improper use, such as dropping the computer, getting it wet, bending it, or getting dirt or other foreign material inside the computer, are not covered by the warranty.
In the event of a fault, we will endeavor to repair your computer to its original condition, and if this is not possible, we will offer you a new equivalent computer. The duration of the warranty repair depends on the individual case, but we will aim to carry it out within the same week of receiving the faulty computer. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.
General warranty conditions
1. 12-month warranty on all components
The warranty covers all components of the device (e.g. processor, graphics card, motherboard, memory, storage, power supply, etc.) against defects that occur during normal use.
2. Remote support in case of problems
The customer has the right to contact Prenew customer support for any software or hardware problems. We offer guidance and assistance via remote connection.
3. Free troubleshooting and repair
If a computer malfunctions, the customer can return the device to Prenew. We will diagnose and repair it free of charge – even replacing parts is included in the service agreement under warranty.
4. Speed promise: repair within 2 business days
Prenew will repair the returned computer in 2 business days, starting from the date Prenew has received the return.
Return policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for all our products. If there is a defect in the product or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service and describe your situation. Our team will give you instructions on how to proceed.
